Ambassador Lalit Mansingh, Chairman Kalinga International Foundation (KIF) initiated a discussion on “India's Foreign Policy and its Relevance for Odisha” with the student community of the Ravenshaw University (RU), the oldest educational institution in Odisha.

Dr. Ishaan Patro, Vice Chancellor Ravenshaw University, presided at the event.

The event was held on 12 February 2019 at Cuttack and is part of the Kalinga Youth Dialogue conceptualised under the KIF-RU Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed on 2nd February 2019.

The KIF and RU collaboration includes seminars, conferences and exchange of visits by eminent persons in the fields of Diplomacy, International Affairs, Economics and Trade, Academics and Culture.
